Francesca Dufrensnoy
Francesca began her career as a civil servant with Trinity House Lighthouse Authority and has been passionately involved in youth work since her teenage years. She later moved to Pembrokeshire - her mother’s homeland - where she worked with the Department for Work and Pensions.
After losing her mother to cancer, Francesca turned to ABOH for support when her son was diagnosed with lymphoma. Thanks to successful treatment, he went on to make a full recovery and is now the proud parent of healthy, happy children.
Francesca’s connection with ABOH began over thirteen years ago, and when she faced her own breast cancer diagnosis, the charity once again surrounded her with warmth, love, and laughter throughout her treatment.
Now retired, Francesca finally gave in to Chris’s gentle persistence and joined the charity as a Trustee and Director. She serves as Minutes Secretary, ensuring that all policies remain current, compliant, and true to the charity’s values.
